Start with MlLB most of goat cards in trackBlazer and also in future: kita MLB, bakushin 3MLB for umas with 0% spd growth, Fm 3LB ( enough, or can uncap with crys ), sc 2LB ( will be 3LB with ticket from anni part 3, its not necessary cuz i finished aces for upcomming CM), natie MLB ( best wit card for this scenario, and for style late running), fuku mlb( 1 of best spd card for this scenario)
U can easily have the “whalest” deck in this scenario.

About free ssr cards: i got all free ssr cards even spe-chan spd ( first event free ssr card)
Also i have built 5 aces for this scenario ( all front runners)
I have all must have umas for front runners style:
Seiun best accel
Vbon, smaru meta umas
Kita 2500m 3200m accel
Maru og med distance accel
Opera NY pace front parent ( even jp now still use)
Suzuka runaway ( in trackbalazer she cant be ace with runaway style but could make another front runner make huge gap) ( u should learn this strategy)
And lots of good parents umas, etc.
Total: 37 umas
Unfortunately, i got 5 CM…
