21 unique Legends plus an additional copy of 6* Boa
All legends sockets maxed
All legends (except Cat viper which needs 2 more skill ups) special maxed
Most better legends are quad maxed (All that need rcv candy are maxed with 200+ left over)
Raid bosses and Colosseum
All raid bosses including NEO ones maxed with optimal sockets
Some have 2 or 3 copies more maxed with different sockets
All colosseum bosses so far maxed as long as it's not too trash
Rare recruits
Have all RR characters before fishman arc (Hody sugo).
Have most notable RR characters since then.
If book's available, specials are maxed.
Sockets are mostly maxed if farmable.
Shiryu and Haruta and XP law sockets maxed.
Forests and ships
All forests beaten.
All ships in game acquired and maxed even the default ship.
Law ship acquired and maxed.
Other minor things
Have full friend list of active high end players.
All characters with minor or specific use are obtained, maxed if useful (story character, fortnight trash but good looking character etc.)
Infinite berries to spend.(lol right)
Additional turtles with cotton candies that can max out another 2 legends of your choice.
Special gift
If you'd like, you can have a reroll-ed sub plvl 100 alt account of original Log Luffy maxed with Legend Mihawk(un-evolved) for fun.
