I have 2 main sets for PVE healing, Heal/MP5 and Haste.
Haste set comes with 302 haste 2300healing
Heal/MP5 set comes with 2350healing 283mp5 while casting.
As stated above i have probably the best PVP gear a shaman can have at this point in time for resto spec.
Elemental set comes with 1086 spell damage, 180ish Haste, 21% crit, 91 Spell hit rating. Gear consists of 4/8t6 then some mix/match pieces from Hyjal/BT/Sunwell.
PVP Elemental set comes with 3/5 s3 2/5 s4 (INCLUDING s4 SHOULDERS!!) s3 weapon/shield also. Full Guardians pieces also.
Enhancement set comes with 32% crit, 1891AP, 101 hit rating. Gear consists of 2/8 t6 then mix/match pieces from ZA/hyjal/BT ect.
Little PVP enhancement gear have the s3 offhand weapon but that is about all.
Like i said earlier ALL gear is EPIC and MOSTLY t6+ quality ALL gear has best enchants available also best Gem's Available.
