1. I felt you are sketchy, suspicious, a scammer, or you are on the banlist
2. You decided to attack, harass, or found to be really rude and unpleasant
3. Failure to pay for the account
4. We were unable to agree on the price of the account
5. You have gone AWOL for long periods of time and seem to not hold interest in the account
