"Lr Piccolo" just needs 30 more WT medals Then Lr For sure.
"Lr Goku" needs around 500 medals more but Have a Beast Team to run the Event(Have a life).

Overall around 130 Units( Not A lot) But Doesn't matter that's what playing the game is for. Aside that, Most are beast.
