Item not as described, seller offers no recourse

Be careful, the item was not as described at all.

Ad said all lost chapters and act 3 were untouched. Seller said BT and LD characters had all weapon passives.

Once I discovered this and sent screenshots proving that the characters, chapters and story was not as advertised, they simply said it was their friends account and they didn't know.

Even if it is their friends account, it's the sellers responsibility to accurately portray the account. Very disappointed.
