Can I make an appeal to have my negative feedback removed and if possible prevent a certain user from commenting on my posts or putting feedback on my profile. It was put by user Vursaa because of an account I was selling for Black Desert Mobile.

Background:
This user accused me of scamming him even if I actually didn't. He made a deal with a random discord ID that claimed to be the owner of the item I was selling. The discord ID that he made a deal with was NOT the discord ID I provided in my post. He also never even bothered to verify if the person he was communicating with in discord was actually me (never bothered to chat me in epicnpc for proof and he never actually bothered to add me on the discord I provided on my post). Now that he was scammed by that other person, he is putting the blame on me and making false accusations that I scammed him. This in turn has made a negative impact on my reputation in epicnpc as he's placed a negative feedback on my profile, all because of his own stupidity.
