Hi dudes, i buy this acc from this link http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/740794-Demo-10-pvp-and-Assasin-9-45-pvp-Low-Price

I buy for 60e and change name and probably transfer to crom. I have this russian guy on skype i try to talk but he are disconected all the time. Im not the owner of this acc and probably this Fredrikson are trying to get the account.

I have all the fredrikson chat saved on my skype.

giuxgraff were you told by Fredrikson that the account has prior ownership disputes?

There's many reasons why this account could have been banned.

1) It exchanged hands 3 times in 1 week

2) Someone could have reported it. ( both Fredrikson and giuxgraff posted a lot of images revealing a lot of account info)
But giuxgraff your image shows the character's username. This by itself is enough to get the account easily banned.

3) Someone tried to recall it and failed.


Based on this info, giuxgraff because you posted an image revealing the character's username, I have to place the blame on you. Never post any vital account info publicly. (character names, pet names, guild, very rare items or achievements, even server name)

Vagabunt (80), is that not the username (level) of the character?

Checking Google images yesterday it appears that is the username for characters in every image I saw. You blocked out the username on the left side, but not the right.

I do not know if someone tried to recall this account, no proof of this has yet been posted. I do know that you posted the characters username publicly which makes the account very high risk for a ban.

If you can show proof that either Fredrikson or a previous owner before him attempted to recall the account, that would change my decision. However at this time the blame will be placed on you because you revealed the characters username in your sell thread.

giuxgraff you simply needed to explain that, I'm not familiar with AoC's targeting system. That said there remains 3 possibilities why the account was banned.

1) It exchanged hands 3 times in 1 week (Russia, UK, Spain)
2) Someone could have reported it. (both Fredrikson and giuxgraff posted a lot of images revealing a lot of account info)
3) Someone tried to recall it and failed.

#2 seems less likely now, however it could simply have been that the IP changed to 3 different countries in 8 days and triggered an alert.

At this time there is not enough evidence to show a previous owner recalled. If you can provide this proof please do, if not, then the lost will be split between the buyer and seller.


a) I do not know if Uzawaki was told that you purchase this account a week ago, if he knew, then it will be split 50-50.
b) If Uzawaki didn't know you just purchased it, it will be 75% giuxgraff and 25% Uzawaki

a) giuxgraff owes 25 euro refund
b) giuxgraff owes 37.50 euro refund

If you can post proof Fredrikson or a previous owner before him recalled, then the decision can be changed. Otherwise that is the final decision.

a. I was not told it was bought under a week ago, was told he bought this and then resells accounts, but no timeframe mentioned.
 
Since he mentioned he's an account reseller and buys accounts to resell, I'll have to assume you knew that it was at lease a possibility that the account was recently purchased. So the buyer and seller will take equal risk and split the loses.

The decision will be for a 50-50 slit.

giuxgraff owes you 25 euro refund. Refund must be issued within 48 hrs or a ban will be issued.



ps. If the account somehow gets unbanned and you see activity on it, please PM me or another mod and we'll need to reopen this dispute.
