I have no way to actually message Jagex as the account in whole has been disabled. (This is why I didn't want the AGS pure in the first place because he would do this lol)

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Claims that all his accounts were created by his workers. OO or not though, the account sold to me has been recalled so again I'm out $250 and no account.

You can see that, and then a randomly Runescape character transfer.
I added it to the Jagex account on the 23rd out of fear of recall but unfortunately it was recalled anyway.
His defense: "You did this yourself, you have a motive."

Anytime I log in, there's a code that is sent to me. Which is proven on the 23rd and 24th each time I logged in. This means that somebody had to try and recover the account from an outside source. If I logged into the website to do an account transfer it would of sent a code.

Along with proof of there was a character transfer, here is what a ban looks like even if it's VIA Jagex Launcher.
(this happened with another user who recalled an account but failed and it banned the account even if it was connected to my account via jagex launcher)
I'm able to still log onto it because the account is still in my possession

Good day to the staff,

I will try to keep this short for everyone and not entertain Upward's drama.

FACTS:

1. He linked the account to Jagex launcher before paying me the last half of the payment before as he knows very well no one can have control of the account besides him if it is linked to jagex launcher, he is clearly paranoid from previous scams with people and I can sympathize and respect that as I can relate as well, however, it should be noted that he was paranoid and skeptical even before meeting me and this can be shown here:

2. Furthermore, he stated in his own words he didn't want to deal with any dealings with me but the main infernal transaction was smooth with no issues, he himself stated this in epic dms and on the report.

3. He has been proven a liar and undid a trade against my will and tried to justify it, out of satisfaction for staff and to save everyone a headache, I refunded the payment yesterday and the money was already deducted from my bank account, @The Integrity can verify this in discord DMS, even though this wasn't what I had planned and he disputed the PayPal payment, I didn't wait for the dispute results and went out of my way and caused a burden for me and my family to make sure he was refunded as that was staff's request.

4. He has a malicious motive to tarnish my rep because he wants to get back at me for making the original report against him which caused him to get bad feedback, he was even complaining about this and was not satisfied, he takes no accountability for his actions and he is doing his very best to continue to try to tarnish my rep along with harass/blackmail and steal from me.

5. With respect to whatever the staff ruling is here, please take into consideration that he already undid a sale and caused hardship already for me and my family, I have accepted this like a man and moved on, but he, of course, is not leaving me alone and now he is resorting to lying, I can't control the account whatsoever as he already connected it to a jagex launcher, if he can't truly access the account it is because it is banned and it will say disabled, if he attempts to log in with the encrypted login he has from enabling the jagex launcher originally it will say that it is disabled, staff should also look at this.

6. It is also worth mentioning that anyone that knows this market knows that an account with jagex launcher attached has no value anymore, for the sake of argument if I wanted to recall this account, assuming I can, It holds no value as I can't sell it, why would I tarnish my rep and lose more money on top of me already refunding this person, not to mention that once an account is logged in on a different country/IP and on top of this jagex launcher is enabled, it holds no value in the market anymore.

7. I have been respectful and professional as much as I can from the start, no one likes to lose something against their own will but I have taken it as a lesson learned and moved on, he has been more toxic and salty ever since he got negative feedback, he even went as low as leaving me negative feedback just to tarnish my name because he has a grudge against me and that is very clear from his behavior towards me and his approach and methods to dealing with this.


8. If Upwards can attempt to log in via screen share or video by staff, if he truly can't access the account it is because it is banned as he himself told me he is botting over here:

anyone who knows this game 1 percent knows that botting is a major rule break in the game and it will get you banned, so if he attempts to log in and it says disabled it is because he is banned for something he has done with his own actions and I can't be held responsible especially when he openly admitted he has been botting if more evidence is needed, staff can contact me.


In conclusion, @Upwards has malicious motives and hate towards me and that has been established, number two, he has already lied on multiple accounts and disputed with PayPal and I voluntarily closed the dispute, I can go on forever but I will leave this for staff to judge but I implore staff to consider these important and valid points, having another refund issued with no basis, especially with someone who openly hates me and has a grudge against me and not to mention has admitted to botting on the account on multiple accounts which is why he bought it.

I have no motive or gain from this, I can't resell the account, nor do I have a grudge against this person, in fact, I feel sorry for him and I strongly believe he needs mental health attention as I can see along with the community that he is mentally disturbed... mental health isn't a joke and he mentioned he was in the army, Idk what he is going through IRL but I wish him the best and feel bad and sympathize with him, however, this doesn't justify him trying to hurt me and I feel he is out to get me as it is very clear from his repeated behavior as he left another bad feedback without approval from staff, I refrained from doing that as I am waiting for staff to decide and out of respect for them and the procedure.


If any more information is needed staff can kindly contact me, please forgive me for the lengthy post but there is a lot of things missing in his accusations that he intentionally didn't bring it up for his own malicious motive and gain and grudge against me...


Thank you to the staff for your help and I kindly request staff have Upwards refrain from contacting me, he hasn't stopped harassing me, I was told not to message him and I respected that and didn't message him except to tell him about the status of his refund,

This is true, I did link the account. But that does NOT mean it cannot be recovered. As proven, the account was transferred as I showed in my email.

And also you can see in the ban reason for the old account, it indeed was brought by someone trying to recover it. So you're invalid in your statement about being in control.

I did not want any deals beyond the infernal main, the transaction was great and I was happy to have it as it was making me some good money. Hence why I never tried to recall it.

I already claimed that forced tradebacks were against the rules and I deserved the negative feedback regardless. That can be confirmed by @The Integrity as well. I never tried to fight negative feedback, I fought for my money back because this situation right here.

I don't care about your rep, I really don't. You make your money man. I gave you your account back and never tried to scam you once. If I had malicious intent I would of hacked the account and also forced a refund. If anything that shows I have good character and honesty.

This is out of my control here, I did NOT want this sale undone. But I have already shown proof the account and character was transferred away from me with NO login of my own. I also proved that if you get banned for any reason you can still log in.
ALSO with that, banned accounts cannot be seen on the hi-scores, and you can see Kuwait4Life still on there.

The banned account prior makes this invalid. The account before was banned because the owner tried to recover it. AND I was the one who linked it to a Jagex account

Great question, I sold him an infernal main that he actively used to break the rules in the game.

However, he is falsifying the evidence above as I never sold the account in the question above rather an infernal main which only he knows the login too as he linked Jagex Launcher.

I'm well aware if an account gets banned in my possession its 100% my fault and I have no grounds to get my money back. That's established. That's proven with the previous account he sold me.

The Hedonistic account is proof that it can be linked to a Jagex account, and if it is banned for some reason you can still log in and see why it's banned.
It shows on the Leaderboard that it's banned because you cant see the Hi-score.

yessir, that is correct, however someone who is actively breaking the rules, can also get IP banned and all accounts get banned in one shot or overtime depending on investigations conducted by jagex, I can't control what Upwards does and what Jagex does, but one thing is for sure is he is actively breaking major rules in the game which naturally bring bans and also he has motive to make false claims just to hurt me, this was done before by him and he is not stopping.


Also to address his point above, sometimes high scores don't update right away but that doesn't prove that the account is unbanned, however, why not show a video or screen share with staff when logging in to the account in question and show what it says, you clearly have access to it so why not log in and show us the message you get with your Jagex launcher information? why are you avoiding that?
 
In this case Kuwait4life would not be banned. Upwards is correct that banned accounts are removed from the leaderboards. What was the previous username for that account?

Just for clarification @Adoxia When Jagex launcher is linked it is an encrypted email that he makes and only he knows the login for, in case you didn't already know that :)

Just to clarify accounts can be recalled even after being linked to a jagex account.

that is correct, but given the facts above, assuming I had malicious intent, I can't resell the account, I personally don't play the game myself, and an account with Jagex launcher is not valuable in the market at all.

Plus I already refunded $220 against my wishes yesterday just to satisfy and comply with the staff ruling, I still don't believe it was fair to refund that $220 yesterday... but moving on, it is clear he has lied on multiple accounts, I can try to help him get the account back even though he is lying if staff request that, but since you are familiar @Adoxia you would also know that contacting Jagex after selling an account can cause an easy ban and I can't be held for bans that have nothing to do with me in the first place as that wouldn't be fair.


Also, assuming I wanted to recall this account and scam him as he is claiming, why would I refund $220 yesterday? why would I comply with staff? if Upwards is innocent why does he have the need to flame and harass me and not only that but I have DMs from big sellers on this website showing me he was trying to buy accounts on PayPal to potentially pull the same scam, this can be provided in discord DMs

I believe with with certainty that he is lying to hurt my reputation and to steal more money from me, this is not fair to me whatsoever and I implore staff to consider these facts given here please.


I am not telling staff how to do their job but rather highlighting the facts that are already available and apparent to everyone, number 1, he has a malicious motive to hut me that is clear, number two, he has disputed with PayPal causing undo a successful sale that had no issues, and number three, the $220 I refunded yesterday caused big hardship on me and my family but I did it anyways to have this closed and move on, I can't afford to lose more money because this person has a grudge against me.

@Ginger Open a support ticket using the link above saying someone hijacked the account and linked it. I want you to recover the account. I want to see all support responses with timestamps. Once we see what has happened to the account we will decide from there.

The ticket has been sent, however, if the account has been banned or banned due to this ticket as trading accounts is against the rules I can't be held responsible for something I can't control

We are going against the rules, to begin with when trading anything for real money within the game as that is labeled as RWT=Real World trading and it is against the rules, there is a risk when buying this type of gaming product as everyone already knows, and Upwards gets banned daily so that shouldn't surprise him.
