I am looking for someone whom I can gift a game on steam and get the necessary funds for it via PayPal. The reason is, that I currently have funds on steam that I want to transfer to PayPal. The game should cost at least 40 dollars and I gift the buyer 10 dollars, so basically I will gift any steam game above 40 dollars with a 10 dollar discount.
