What is the dispute about? Was looking for Tower of Fantasy accounts with specific characters. Seller added me on discord and shortly ghosted me after once we agreed on paying half, then I confirm the account, then pay him the rest.
Other details / notes: Very hesitant to use middleman, I only agreed to him since he seemed reputable and offered the half/half payment agreement.
