Yea, An account of mine was scammed 1 hour after the person bought it. I had the account back in 15 minutes.

Deal with legit people.
Or put all the protections in place if you are worried. Asking for simple things like a phone call gets rid of scammers 95% of the time.

To not get scammed in today's world requires some work - Research, read, and digest.
In other words, check out the useful tips that are provided in Safe buying selling and trading section. If you haven't read up on the useful advice, then I'd have to say that the fault for getting scammed was none other than your own.
