So, I traded my druid quite awhile back and it was transfered off my acct. The new acct with him on it got perma banned for using a false name, but only the first name is different then my legal name. I have the sq/a and know the name on the acct so I called billing and changed the email to one I could contact account management with.
Anyone have advice on how to get them to un-ban the account? I have sent them an email asking them to resend the email stating why the account was banned. I am thinking they will just ask for an ID verification and I could send them my ID, only the first name is different. Then tell them that the name on the account is the name I am usually called by and that I accidently put it instead of my legal first name.
Think they will buy that?
