Getting an account banned

So I traded away my rogue for a mage and warlock about a month ago. Everything has been going very smoothly so far until tonight when I find that my password and email has been changed. The ****** bag is dumb enough to stay on the server and begins talking to me. Apparently this is the "original owner" who gave up the account god knows when and now decides on a whim he's going to take it back.

How can I go about getting this account permanently banned...I have a separate account that I use, should I report it for sharing?

imo i would call blizzard and say like. can i recover this account give them all the info for it and what not and like act dumb... like say im not the original owner i bought the account and what not. thats what most people i know of have done
