Hey everyone just ordered the T10 package 2 weeks ago and wanted to write a feedback for the service:

The first argument for picking PhoenixSquad is definitely the price. I added a bunch of other guys here on epicnpc and almost everyone wanted 100€+ for a (not even) equal service. I wanted to get my barbarian Torment 10 ready after not playing him since patch 2.1 or so. I was still running around with some leap EQ build or whatever and had basically no idea what to build. That brings me to my second argument:
The great Skype Support!. Even tough im a complete noob when it comes to barbarians and overall the new 2.3 patch with kanai's cube and all that stuff I got like the best support ever! Even before they started they gave me different recommendations towards builds the cube etc. and it went on throughout the entire boosting time. Logging in during the boost was no problem at all and i always got a very fast reply in Skype when messaging them. Im very impressed what im able to do with the barbarian right now! they left nothing out! i got a full ancient set with a very decent hellfire amulet. A lot of my gems are lvl 50+. The ones in my gear are 55 atm!.
Do I consider them trustworthy? Absolutely!
The service was 100% satisfying and there have been no problems at all! I would definitely recommend them to you! They might not be the largest organization here but they are definitely at least as good as others with very cheap prices!
Give it a try. I did so and my barbarian is now a beast!
