Other information: Seller sold me a hacked account, and it was recovered by the original owner. Seller promised to retrieve it ,gave me fake receipts and yet another hacked account to play with for the duration of the "recovering process", and refused to make a chargeback, refund and is ignoring me on Discord. What is the dispute about?
I purchased the Genshin account in the listing from the seller. Approximately 2 weeks later, I cannot log in anymore as I believe the original owner recovered his account because he was hacked. Despite this, the seller requests that I open a support ticket with Mihoyo to get the account back because supposedly "I got hacked" and the "hackers unlinked everything" which is an action only MiHoYo is capable of realizing. I did just that, and the seller provided me with fake receipts and fabricated answers to Mihoyo’s questions. More time pass, and Mihoyo responds that they cannot help me because the answers were not correct. I reach out to the seller and he gives me yet another hacked account as a free compensation while he tries getting back the first purchased account.
Other details / notes: I have several screenshots of conversations from discord. To keep it clean and easy to read, I will upload the important messages, but feel free to ask me for 100% of the chat log.

As you can see i have been patient ,understanding and lenient, but Zelkowa has abused of my trust and patience and it's time to settle the score. As you can see he has been on radio silence since the last message I've sent him demanding compensation. If any further proof is needed I'd be happy to oblige.
