What is the dispute about?
Purchased the account 15th October last year, seller refunded a purchase previously made 14th January this year. The account thread has since been deleted. Seller waited until last possible moment before refunding, rendering me unable to refund my own purchases.
Other details / notes: Seller refunded a purchase within the last day of refund eligibility.
