Sumeru is almost unexplored aside from collei quest (which i didnt even finish), the chasm was started but didnt go too deep into it, inazuma is also half done, not a single area is 100% except a single one in mondstalt. Pretty much everything else you should know is in the images, Feel free to ask any questions about it, i'll try to reply as clear as possible.
