@jxxm29 I dont see why Monkeyking should owe a refund here. There was no reason to hand over the account. If that person were the original owner they would have been able to recover it themselves, not just get the information from you.

Since Monkeyking was able to retrieve the account that proves they were the original owner.

Sorry to butt in .... sometimes hoyo can be a b*tch ... if u sending more than twice to their CS .... u might looking about 1-2 week of waiting .... (this is my experience)
