What is the dispute about?
I traded my account + 100$ for the account that got negative primogems. I played the account for 3 weeks now but on January 22rd, I first got the letter for Worldpay Refund. Seller told me he did bought the 99$ primogems pack twice via 3rd party but the rest of the primogems topup are carried out via legit methods. He told me he would take responsibility if negative primogems hit my account so I am cool with that. But, today on 4th February, I got hit with the negative primogem and it is way more than what I expected. I expected a negative 17k primogems since he did say he only bought the 99$ twice via 3rd party. I actually got hit for -80k primo (shows up as -78k primo on the wish screen since I have 2k primos left in the account before the negative hits. Contacted the seller and he agreed to compensate me back for 200$ but will need around two weeks before he can pay that back. 2 weeks are more than enough time for him to bail out and cut links with everything. He said he is the original owner of this account but have no idea how it has that much negative primogems. What else could the reason be if he is not the one doing the chargeback?

This discord is different from the one he uses here. Can you post an image with payment proof, please? In case that you used Paypal make sure to show his Paypal email on the image

Since this is my first time creating a dispute, are there any other things that I can do since I have no idea if the guy will ever respond. Even if he did, he keep using his work as an excuse.
Note that he did promise me he will take responsibility when he confessed that he did the 2x 99$ cheap topup which amounts close to 200$ (same amount I asked him for compensation)
The fact that he did not have that amount ready even after I DMed him the first time just means that he never planned to take responsibility in the first place.
