Every limited banner 5 stars is C0 except for Navia that is C1.
All 5*: Yoimiya, Yelan, Kokomi, Navia, Jean, Eula, Ayaka, Raiden, Keqing, Ayato, Hutao, Albedo, Xiao, Qiqi, Yae Miko, Nahida, Tighnari, Nilou, Mona, Klee, Diluc, Chiori, Neuvillette, Furina, Wanderer, Dehya.
I have had the account for more than two years, but there is still plenty to do on it (exploration, abandoned quests and statues) so you wouldn't get bored. I have hardly touched Natlan... I stopped playing around the end of Fontaine. Qiqi C6, some other standard banner 5* have one or two cons as well. As for 5* weapons, I have Aqua Simulacra, Jade Spear, Amo's Bow, Skyward Atlas and Spine and Aquila Favonia all R1. I have every single one of the first BP weapons, those also all R1. In the pic you can see (I hope) the skins I own for 5* characters, but in case you can't I have Jean's, Keqing's, Diluc's and Ayaka's.
Now onto the NA account. On it you can find Ganyu with skin, Xianyun, Arlecchino, Kazuha, Mona, Diluc, Qiqi, Nahida, Jean, Tighnari and Chiori. The limited banner characters are all C0. For 5* weapons I have Jade Spear and The Unforged R1.
