What is the dispute about?
i'm interested in buying account from this seller . so i decide to contact him on epicnpc but sadly no response so i decided to mainly contact him on Discord . so he accepted my request and reply my message on discord.
after all the nego and chats about the account , i decided to pay through paypal ( GnS ) but the seller refuse because he's said im as buyer can request refund from paypal . i told him all my previous purchased are through GnS. still he cant believe me and questioning me how can i get reputation on epicnpc cause im using GnS . i said im a serious buyer . so long short stories , he want me pay through BTC so i agreed . after all the payment made . he said he need to login into his BTC account , after a few minutes i checked back my discord , all the chats have gone ? so i try to add him back but seems like i cant find his account on discord ( he blocked me ). so i try to contact him back on his EpicNPC thread , reply his thread back with proof that he's blocking me , suddenly he lock the thread to avoid any others replied. i message him on epicnpc , he's read but no response .
