What is the dispute about? Account being recovered.

On March 28th, Giuliana messaged me saying the account I sold them has been recovered while in the hands of their buyer. I am now trying to find out if the account was in fact recovered by Valith. I purchased the account on November 26th. I had the account for about a month until I was done playing the game and sold it off to Giuliana on December 21st. Now on March 28th I am told the account was recovered and I am being asked to refund and try to get a refund from Valith all without properly opening up disputes on EpicNPC. I received recovery information from Valith which was all passed down to Giuliana and their buyer. Now Valith stated on his post he was not the original owner, this account was bought as a reroll account and he was the only owner and user after. I have not yet tried to recover the account since Giuliana mentioned they have and their buyer has tried. I am now asking Valith to step in and try to recover it since he was the sole owner until I bought it. I have linked EpicNPC chat logs from Valith and Giuliana as well as discord logs between me and Valith (Linglei)

Hey, I've been speaking to Vious via discord, and have agreed on the same thing, I think we should bring in the newer buyer. As I've completely given over the account to vious with no issues, and vious has passed on the account to another buyer with no issue. Then that buyer sold the account again, which happened to have an issue with recalling. This situation has gotten very convoluted and is hard to track what the issue actually is, and where it stemmed from.
 
I suppose I will started from my end with the situation I am in. I have purchased the account in Jan 14th, 2023 from Giuliana for my younger brother. He was able to enjoy the game without any issue all the way till sometimes in March where my brother told me that he no longer can log back into the account. When I check the log in on Hoyoverse, the phone number has already been removed and it has been change to another bind email. Since the account was locked behind two step verification, any attempt to change email or phone number will need to go through my phone number verification. However, the email was change without such thing. It means that the account was recovered through recovery. I then contact with the Hoyoverse support team to see if I can recover the account using my recent purchase on the account. Unfortunately, I was never provided with the recovery information from Giuliana as they said that information was never provided to them either.

I later then received email from the hoyoverse team indicated that I don't have sufficient enough of original account information (starting date, first purchase, etc.) to proof that I was the owner of the account. As a result, I contacted Giuliana to notify them regarding about the current situation. I have provided all the evidences I can gather to Giuliana regarding about the situation.
 
Just to clarify that I also tried to use the hoyoverse recovery method. After filling out the form, this message appeared saying that duplicate requests will not be sent, so the account was recovered before I sent this form, this clarifies that the account was really recovered and it is not a problem as valith is saying to avoid the dispute

The thing about it being a rerolled account, looks really fake, and the username of the account is Treasure1997 no have username rerolled too
 
I have provided all my purchase receipts to Giuliana when he bought it from me.
 
I remember when going into character archive seeing diluc being obtained coincide with the account being created on the same date so I assume Valith was correct on it being a reroll account
 
Valith is basically the original owner, he is a member on here for a very long time

There is no response from Valith so my guess is that was him who recalled this account

I’ll try but the only way for me to dispute it would be through a bank and I’ve never done a F&F dispute before

and currently I have an open dispute in my paypal by my buyer so he will be receiving the full money, if that happens I would like to receive the full amount that I pay

Called my Bank on Monday about the situation, going to call back in a few hours
 
I talked with them and they said it is very unlikely my transaction won’t be considered as fraud. I should be getting my last update with my bank by tomorrow morning for results
 
The recent owner has successfully made a chargeback against Giuliana, is everyone now going to chargeback each other? Nothing was mentioned about chargebacks

well I can dispute the payment and simply your paypal will be negative and you replace it when you have money, simply do not respond to the chargeback
 

I waited for a response from my seller, but he did not respond but I guess so I assume that I have the right to dispute the payment I can't keep waiting since I solved the problem of mona
