I bought this account last July, but three months later I couldn't log in to the account, it was set to a different email. I contacted the seller and he is willing to "help" me get my account back. Three months later after I couldn't access my account, he lists a genshin account with the same characters, weapons, artifacts, etc, and added new characters and duplicates prior to the three months(https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/ar60-na-154x-5star-account.2429356/). This whole time I thought my account was hacked until he lists a genshin account recently and gave me false information about recovering the account.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) He did not say, but usually, when recovering a genshin account, you need past information like when was this account first registered, when was your first transaction, etc
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Email, username, and password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? ~almost 3 months (exactly 79 days)
