Other information: If you need any other information let me know. Since the seller took responsibility i simply ask to help with account recovery (tho if og owner did recall his information is superior) or pay 80% money refund or give me new account in similar value (since he seem to be reseller) But considering he ignored me for past few days possibly other sales might tank it as well.

What is the dispute about? Bought genshin impact acc 2 months ago, everything was as its promised account had its perks however after 2monnths on oct 14 i tried to log in like i usually do and was met with password issue, tried several more times after not working thought maybe im tired enough to forget my password so used "forgot password get it back" however when i entered my email it gave me error, after writting username i got window with different email showing. Checked my email adress again (even tho i have daily notifications on it and would've noticed) there was no information of nether password change or any other notice, meaning account simply got recalled without further notice from mihoyo.

Other details / notes: Reached out to him yesterday in the morning saw him go online moments after message got delivered and seconds later went invisible mode so does not give me much hope.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread. Not og owner dont have the information of their questions. can further this with some additional information from the seller (if it wasnt him doing the recall)

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Said is his friend and will take responsibility
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Username password and few receipts
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2 months
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. Its 100% recall since email got unliked without further notice to my email.

Besides you completely ignored me on discord and here for 24 hours until dispute was opened. like i mentioned i wanted to ask you to help me recover the account if it wasnt your doing. But after seeing u go online after message was sent i decided to wait. after not getting the answer i opened the dispute to get your attention.

I have contacted support, have been requested computer and full information of OG owner (first log in coputer information such as graphic card etc) - So retrieval is pretty much impossible,
I have been in contact with @frog_ he did find out who was OG owner however that did not help. I also found out, that there's been several selling tricks involved such as claiming that "he had this account for a while and nothing happened" however after checking information found out that he sold me that account 3 days later (og thread was removed so i had no way to confirm it originally)

As for claim itself. I understand that its not him that has done recall, and i also understand that he's a victim here as well, thats why i propose 50/50 and request 50% of the price refund to be delivered by the end of the month. I do not want him to get banned as he honestly tried to help and did look for the information however in the way i feel like i got cheated during this sale, after claiming that it was his friend and he had account for a while while while having receits taking responsibility for the account, i did play the account more than i expected.

What im getting here as long as he agrees to provide me at least 50% of the price , it being 100$ by the end of this month (or negotate but not by december its too late) i will not have any more issues with this seller. I agree to take 50% off just because he took all the responsibility that he was in wrong by giving me de information and managed to find who was the one that did recall. However time is really rough for me as well, i did invest a lot of time in that account of daily use not to mention original price so im sorry but i do request at least something.
