I want to open a report on the user who goes by the name RyanQu here on EPICNPC and kurama#5959 on discord. I contacted him on monday, four days ago, because he offered a Genshin Impact Account for 150$. In the following i will provide all the needed information to prove that he's a scammer.

What is the dispute about?
I reached out to him, had a nice chat, gave him the money (i know i'm an idiot...), further talking and then radio silence the next for days until today (8th October 2021). I got in contact with another EPICNPC-member who wrote him today too and i received the message that the seller answered him at the same day saying that the account is still for sale. For me, i dont get any messages from him, neither via discord nor via paypal, no account, no money.

I hope this is all the information which is needed to prove that he's a scammer and enough to ban him to prevent further harm. If somethings missing and i forgot something important please reach out to me. I will do what i can to provide all the needed information.
