I’m lf an account with Miko + her weapon, Raiden + any 5* ER polearm and Shenhe + a weapon that works with her, < (all musts, though missing yae is fine if you have enough primos to get her + her weapon)

to that add a few random 5* so it’s around 9 - 11 (not all have to be limited, though some should be),
the account should preferably have a few spare 5* weapons, be on EU and AR 55+, exploration doesn’t really matter.
I have an account that is AR 57 (on EU) and has 4 5* cons:
C2 Raiden, C3 Keqing, C1 Eula & C1 Qiqi, the other 5* are shown in the picture below,
also a lot of 5* weapons (I won’t name them but you can also see in the screenshots below).
In total it has 30+ namecards.<
