What is the dispute about?
I contacted the seller March 24th 2022 at about 7.45 PM. Around 3 hours later we had negotiated a price. I couldn't purchase the account at the time since family issues came up. So I asked if we could do it the next day and they agreed. The next day I said I could only pay 50 euros which is around 53$ or 54$. They wanted me to buy a giftcard for crypto currency from https://www.vgo-shop.com/en/software. I paid the price for the giftcard and sent the code when I got it. After I sent the code they said they would send me the account details, but after 4 hours they never did. I would like to get the account details but if it is not possible I would like a full refund sent to my paypal.
