What is the dispute about? After transferring account to them, I asked for the payment to my PayPal and they didn't say anything so I assumed they sent. It has been over 2 weeks and the money still hasn't come in. When I asked them for proof that they sent the money, they haven't answered.
Other details / notes:
We had problems with the account settings so that it would be easier to transfer, however when we were halfway through and were having trouble, I asked that we pause and continue it later as it was nearly 4am my timezone, but then they got extremely aggressive and wouldn't back down. Since unlinking of the account didn't work, they now also have my Gmail account which is used to access the genshin account. They also said (at the time) that they already had access to my account and wouldn't give it back to continue at a later time.
