General Suspension Question

Today I got the standard:

"* * * NOTICE OF FINAL WARNING * * *"

72 hour suspension email. Just a question. Since it is my "dah dah dah" final warning. If I transfer a toon from that account to another of my accounts does the warning transfer with him? i.e. do I then taint my clean account by moving my dirty little gnome?
