I'm copying/pasting a horrible experience I've had with GameTag, which continues to this very day:
These people are absolute scum. I recently discovered a libelous posting about myself on a "complaints" site called Complaints Board.
GameTag included a huge amount of personal information, including my email address, home address, past schooling, and even a photo of myself. I gave an extremely detailed review of my poor customer service experience with GameTag on another review site (SiteJabber), and now they've taken it upon themselves to slander me. In their final words on their "complaint" of me on this site, they are trying to extort the removal of my review from SiteJabber by stating that they will remove their lies if I comply. These people have no qualms about posting their customers' information along with slandering them publicly in order to silence the truth about their terrible company. I'm limited to how many URLs I can provide at the moment, so search SiteJabber, under GameTag, with the reviewwer John C. for my original review. Search GameTag on Complaints Board to witness firsthand GameTag's revenge practices against their customers. I've included a photo of my original review on SiteJabber, followed by a photo of GameTag's revenge posting on Complaints Board.
