Unprofessional and lead to extra payment

I got an account, but it wasn't what I originally paid for and chose. It took him several hours to send over an account, which I had to try to reach out on Discord, which was no answer, till I emailed the support. Then, they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have the account that I chose, so I had to pick something else, which led to me picking something a tad bit better, but I had to pay an extra amount for the compensation. Kinda predatory in my opinion, but it was simply unprofessional for them to not update their listings and just led me to paying something more than I expected...
