Don’t need to spend 10m per game in RTA tickling each other.
Many red speed/bulwark and speed/strive codex, jackal, lighthouse and reaper to cut in if outsped (but very rare). Many speed, bulwark, strive yellow and purple speed pieces. 6 animus >300 spd and another 3 more >290 spd that are mostly on bulwark or strive. Freya effective speed is 387 (334*1.16) with bulwark and Celince boost.
Some units can be faster but they are all speed tuned that all cc (all >200 acc) are slower than all the strippers of Plume, Heinrich, Obol. Yeli is speed built for matches against other cleavers team. Holden, mizuki, Liliam, viper are built to counter enemies over committed to cleave. Doki, Lingluo built to counter enemies over committed to cc.
Most units are on bulwark or strive to be boosted by Freya, Celince, reaper and in future Aya S3
