I am old (2017 year of registration) and reputable seller on that site and all was good so far until last week.

I decided to sell specific popular items at one specific game
and since we developed new method i was able to easy undercut all top sellers there (game was Throne and Liberty, section Items)
from my understanding and from all facts you will read below, this pissed off that top sellers and they have someone inside company, and witchhunting begins:

- i wake up one day after i listed new offers at that game and find out ALL my offers in all games delisted, i mean all in various categories, neat 7000 offers total. Boosting/Items/Top Up
- no ban emails or other restrictions, no chat warning from admins/moderators, nothing.
- after that i simply relsited them all
- then someone delisted everything again
- in that day i submitted support ticket as well, with questions WTF
- then, to proove my thoughts i started to relist games one by one
- all was good nothing happened, and i left Throne and Liberty unlisted
- waited like 1-2 days and then listed all TnL offers i had
- and boom! ALL my offers was delisted by someone again, all 7000+
- during all that mess i noticed also something weird
- i started to receive emails all at once, about old deals that was already closed, just usual emails of feedback reminder "how do you feel about your recent sales experiece?"
- thing is all that deals was already completed long ago
- from my understanding, some admin/mod starting to investigate all my old sales and clicked "send feedback reminder" on some of them where feedback was not completed
- why? because they want to dig something on me to justify my ban/restriction

AND EVENTUALLY after 5 days i got a responce on my ticket, and they restrict me to sell ANYTHING in Items category at all, leaving the ability to sell Boosting and Top Up
and they also decreased my offer listing limit from 8000 to 2000

And the reason was.... rude or inappropriate behavior towards buyers

so, they not only reviewed all my finished orders, but also my g-2-g chats with each buyer and found something for excuse to justify this restriction, lol

ofcourse the decigion is "final and binding" and no way to appeal

so the logical conclusion - some sellers on g-2-g either have admin privileges or friends in the company that helps them to compete against others

the sellers in question (but i am not sure who exactly from them) is luckygirl, CNLTeam, futureNP
only this 3 have lowest prices for same item i tried to sold and only this three won from my ban
they also tried to do some kind of price war when i started to list my offers, they decreased their prices in attempt to undercut me, but failed, as i had more space to undercut them even futher

so folks keep in mind, that G-2-G is NOT a fair marketplace for everyone, and if you cross the road of some top sellers there, you can easily be banned/restricted for nothing just to remove you from competition



another thing to add

G-2-G can not protect you if a buyer made a chargeback via his Bank

the chargeback protection valid only if amount of chargeback is 0.5% from your monthly sales
i my case sum was too big, and they just locked my 1200 usd for 90+ days and i probably will lose it anyway in the end

all they did just ban the buyer and thats all, proofs of delivery was in form of video, but even correct proofs will not help you in case of chargeback

About a month ago they started manually reviewing all sales I had over $500 and requesting additional evidence. I have had $1500 in sales frozen while figuring out what exactly they wanted from me. One of my customers was trying to figure out what they could do, and they would not even accept the customers written confirmation that they had fully recieved the account and it had transfered ownership. To clarify, both the seller and the buyer were happy with the trade and confirmed on both their ends, but g-2-g refused to release the funds because they wanted photo evidence of a confirmation e-mail that never was sent because my accounts are sold without registered emails.

I finally figured out an alternative form of evidence they would accept, but it requires me to have access to the account. I have since changed my delivery methods on that website to first get the customer to receive a registration e-mail, but then also confirm it before I can provide them with the password. This is so that I can watch the e-mail change from "pending" to "confirmed" to gather the screenshots they will accept as evidence. It is increadibly frustrating when they offer an "instant" delivery option for accounts but then demand that in order to gather the delivery evidence they will accept you are NOT able to instantly deliver. You must prevent the customer from fully accessing everything instantly so you can gather evidence.

It would be smarter if they would, u know wait for the customer to raise a dispute to ask for said evidence. Or perhaps they could take the customers word that the deal has been fully completed. But no, even if the customer confirms full delivery they will not release the funds without photo evidence.

I know they are basically no better than just taking the payment yourself they offer no protection. If you go there you must accept you are only going to tap into their market.

P.S. i actually got 1200 usd back from g-2-g, means they won the case against buyer's bank. But i will post scam report about him anyway, later at epicnpc
