1. Needs T2 OR Heroic [Rathrak, The Poisonous Mind] OR [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest]
2. Needs to be Full Cataclysmic Geared or close enough(1-2 weeks of gear to completion)
3. Minimally 1 PvE Trinket - Heroic [Will of Unbinding] OR/AND Heroic [Insignia of the Corrupted Mind] OR/AND Heroic [Variable Pulse Lightning Capacitor] OR/AND Heroic/Normal/LFR [Cunning of the Cruel]
4. The biggest ++s are Cunning, H Rathrak, Legendary.
