I've been looking for an alliance toon for quite a while now, and though I'd honestly prefer a human for the racial, gnomes have the same sexy factor that trolls do on horde. I realize I have no rep, but I have bought toons from a service here and e-bay. If you're willing to take a chance on me, I am verified through paypal, and can send you an e-mail from my registered e-mail and call you from my home phone to verify my locale. I'd offer you my first born son, but I don't have one. XD lol If paypal seems too risky, I would even do Western Union, and wait until you had cash in hand for you to hand over any account info. Sellers: Dont accept paypal .Reason I posted this (though I'm sure most of you know already) is because it wasn't already posted here
 
Since there is no way you can have "Proof of Shipment", when the buyer files a dispute, he automatically gets his money back as in PayPal's eyes you have given him nothing.

I think the best way is to do it with someone you can meet with, or using the middleman service.

A common trick most scammers do is the "half now, half after user/pw" but it doesn't really matter, as they're going to dispute however much they give anyway
