Describe how you were scammed:

This idiot made payment with e-Cheque Paypal. I gave him the details thinking the payment will clear in few days. This morning I have woken up to find the payment has been returned.

Other details / notes: This guy is repeat offender as I have had another member contact me and give me details of how he got scammed in a similar manner.

This ******* also scammed lohma231 out of an account but using different Paypal address but the same method. Banning mmo account is not enough can the admins ban his IP?
