The characters has they're in 2 different accounts.
1 is PF 45 level it has some cash clothes (pernament), all skills learned, 99% of the freestyle learned (except 1)... It has lots of tattoos for exp and points. It has a special char Diamond 25 lvl PF in the account too and a PG.
The other account is Big Slam 35 level with all neccessary skills and items for a C. It has decent amout of cash shop accessories too. For more info you can find me on skype and i could send you a video of what the accounts have since this is my 1st post in this forum and i can't attach videos =)
