Gear requirements:
Full vindicator off-set (or some good pve replacements in few spots)
At least 4/5 epic gladiator pieces (no matters s1 or s2)
PvP trinket with control removing
Slow epic main-hand (2.6-2.7 speed) and fast epic off-hand (1.3-1.5 speed) weapons.

I know, someone will ask why do we do this for free, and answer is a very simple - we just have a client who already paid for boost and dont have a toon to play with him. So we need toon to play on.
