Founder Kickstarter - Ashes of Creation

I just purchased Founder Kickstarter account for Ashes of Creation (AoC) from Jennifer535. I received account details for AoC and Kickstarter with its associated email (same email). I changed the email, password, and enabled 2-factor auth with AoC account but was unable to change login details Kickstarter account. Approximately 10min after transaction, I briefly lost my ability to log into AoC account (since I logged out) but was able to recover the account with the assistance of Useeds.

I am unsure if the password was automatically changed due to security reasons (I know google emails have this feature). I am currently waiting for a reply on Jennifer535 to help solve the issue but no responses at this time. I have submitted a dispute as per Useeds.

Hi @Jennifer535,

You have provided information for Ashes of Creation (AoC) Founder account, Kickstarter (KS) account, and its email which is associated to both accounts. I currently do not have ownership of the KS account as the password seemed to have be changed or reverted back to a previous one. I have attempted to use the 'Forgot your password' function but it seems that the KS system no longer recognizes the associated email I have obtained.

Are you able to gain access to the KS account to grant me access to the account?
