Hey all, I posted earlier this month, I'm still looking for the same thing
However, after reading up on some info I must revise some of my statements.
Account Criteria:
-Has Excalibur Prime
-Around MR20
-Has Snipetron Vandal
-You must be willing to wait until account has transferred ownership (through email) before receiving full payment
Seller Criteria:
-Has good rep ( [Verified] will entice me to talk to you )
-Professional behavior
-Proficient enough with English to read everything I say in skype, so we can communicate clearly
Payment:
-Ideally with a middleman, but honestly transferring accounts is difficult to keep track of. Get somebody like Logisticz, someone trustworthy enough.
-Via paypal, especially based on the price offered. Will be gifted the money if offer is reasonably cheap.
-You need to propose a solution that is fair for both sides
-I am willing to pay ~$200 for the account, how much depends on how shady the transaction feels to me.
My skype is oki.yuu, the name will show up as Okina Yuukou. Also, there should be a translate feature for those of you not that great with English.

It's my first time using this site, so you'll have to excuse my inexperience with it. I'm looking to buy an account with the following criteria:
-Has maxed (or at least, close to maxed) mods:
Primed Continuity, Primed Flow, Primed Heated Charge, Hornet Strike
ideally with Primed Chamber, but what are the chances
-Has prime warframes with enough formas to spare
Ideally these and Excalibur Prime (founder), but at the least Loki Prime, Carrier Prime, and Ember Prime

-Has at least MR8 (as close to 20 as possible) and as many credits as possible for convenience
