Forum Tabs added

On the forum homepage you will notice a new tab system which allows you to view the main forum categories quickly without having to scroll down the page. The system also has a "Favorites" tab which allows members to bookmark the forums or subforums they visit the most and lists only those for quick access.

Currently it is only displayed on the homepage, but a new version will be available soon that will display it globally.

The tab system has been updated to a new version which requires no loading time. However the 'favorites' tab is no longer available.
