Forum Rules Update - Trolling

We have decided to make a clearer definition of what is and isn't trolling so we have updated the forum rules. Below is the new definition.

Trolling someone elses thread includes but is not limited to the following:
-Spamming in someones thread
-Accusing the poster of being a scammer without proof
-Linking or bringing up a resolved scammer thread the poster was involved in
-Intentionally flaming

Trolling does NOT include linking to a open scam thread
-Aside from the URL, the ONLY comment that can be left is "User has an open scam thread here, URL"
