I'm fairly new to these forums but not new to the game, so if this particular post doesn't align with the rules of the scammer's section, I apologize. I just want to make sure no one gets scammed.
While I did not get scammed, I am 99% sure this was an attempted scam.
This guy is just trying to impersonate being a legitimate gold website. Hopefully no one falls for it.

Describe how you were scammed: Buyer tries to pass himself off as a legitimate gold website that is just starting up. However, even though he is just starting up and doesn't even have a marketplace on his "website" he wants to buy "all of my gold". He then states that they will pay within 15 minutes, after gold is verified. Buyer has no reputation with MMOBay

Did you do any background searching before the trade?: Yes. I checked out their supposed site that is under development. Googled their username and AIM screenname. Both usernames are too general to narrow down to anything.
Have you traded with this person before?: No
