• Tournament outcomes depend on opponents, matchmaking, game stability and event rules.
• Customers must provide accurate event details and eligibility information.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that their account meets all tournament entry requirements.
• Assigned players do not use cheats or unauthorized gameplay software.
• Account-based services are completed manually.
• A stream is available when requested before an account-based service.
• The exact player country is disclosed before payment.
• No false earnings, placements or professional achievements are claimed.

COMPENSATION POLICY
If the assigned player fails to attend the confirmed event, the customer may choose:
• A replacement player when time allows
• Rescheduling for another event
• Store credit
• A full refund for the unstarted service
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Epic Games, the service may be moved to the new date or refunded if it has not started.
Once tournament participation has begun, refunds are based on the unfinished portion and the conditions agreed before payment.
Random tournament results and prize placement are not refundable unless a specific guaranteed result was explicitly accepted in writing.
