Yes, but in my case you did do level 22-25 and I had to go purchase everything afterwards.

I'm not 100% positive that you guys bot; I mean you seem like a legit company and I enjoy your customer service, but a lot of little things point to a usage of bots.

That said, I'm still considering you guys for 27-31. What is your compensation if our account is banned?

I recommend Forsaken-Farmers. Had two characters leveled and they delivered very close to the quoted time to complete. I have had no issues and was impressed with the amount of money and items on the characters after they finished. Having a full time job with travel it is nice to have a service I can depend on to deliver. All skills were purchased and I will be using them again.

In Aion, there is a command called /autoreporthunting which is an anti bot tool. People can report you with that command if you seem to be botting. If somebody reports you, a pop up appears and you read, then click, nothing happens. If you don't click it, you're given a penalty point. If a number of penalty points are given to you, you gain xp at a lower percentage of what you normally would.

So if somebody was grinding in Eltnen (awful place btw, should have be been in theobomos) and seemed to act like a bot, people would report. Now I hand leveled my character from 24 1/2 - 25 in about 3-4 hours with grinding. It was annoying and definitely the toughest part of the 22-25 grind. Now I gave 36 hours of playing time to your leveler for 22-25. The math doesn't add up unless you add in the penalty percentage given to the xp or some major problem that needs to be fixed asap by the provider and customer support of this service; You.

I turned over the account at exactly the spot of where I dinged 22. The skills for lvl 22 were purchased and never placed on the toolbar by the power leveler. The powerleveler didn't even hit 25 so why would I be talking about lvl 25 skills? There was no Energy Absorbtion 2 or Flame bolt 2 on the toolbar which I assumed be would be vital for a sorc's leveling from 22-25. There were no lvl 22 skills on the toolbar.

I have had powerleveling done for Aion and World of Warcraft. All have been pretty good jobs done with the job done efficiently. Your company provided the worst powerleveling I have purchased in my time playing Aion and Wow. I went with your company because it had the cheapest price I could see for 22-25 and was an 'American' company. Disappointed in the purchase and hopefully you'll understand why. I'm not out to here to bash you or anything, just giving people a review about a service I purchased.

As for beeftoc's statement about me forwarding the email to my VP. That's because it's part of my Vice Presidents Job to manage our powerleveling deparment and so all requests or questions to go him. I manage the Corporation and like to do the customer support, so I know what's going on with my customers.

Also since I'm the CEO and hardcore gamer and actually play the games! I'm normally able to answer most customers questions about the games or steer them in the right direction. I'm sorry your experience wasn't excellent but AION has been a really rough game for Powerleveling.

Yea I'm a little disappointed and worried too as that is exactly what happened to me.

Placed an order on Saturday Oct 3 at 6pm pst for 22-25. The order didn't get started until 11pm pst that night.

It was estimated at 1.3 days for 22-25. Pretty average compared to other powerlevellers here.

I checked the account this morning (36 hours since the order had been made) and it was only lvl 23 still. Pretty damn disappointed in this. I talked to some guy on AIM and he told he would speak with his vp. Blah blah blah excuses were made and such(SORC is awful to level, 29-30 takes a day and half, Your order is slow)

I just got off work and have some time off so decided to play. Thought my account would be at least done with 36+ hours of playing time. No dice. It's not even half way through 24 with the 800k xp recoverable. Pretty damn disappointing and won't be taking my business for the 30-40 powerlevel here.

Also if I may add one thing. I'm sure the website is located in Washington but the person doing the powerleveling is definitely not American. The person I talked to has to relay the msg to a VP and then the VP will do something about it. I was told at 3pm pst today that it would take 3-4 hours for him to contact the vp about the status of my account. I just decided to change the password and log on.
