If you monetize with Facebook and your paid account was blocked for "unusual activity," I have the form to appeal that block.
The Service I offer consists of giving you the link to that form (you only need to send an identity document that verifies said payment account). I do not guarantee that your payment account will be unblocked, but at least you'll have a possibility to be able to collect that balance that's been frozen for weeks, months, or years.
