Hi everyone, I am selling a large Facebook fan page that has over 121,000+ followers. It is in the pet and animal niche and features cute cat, dog and various other animal videos and media. Sounds like a fair price. The page uses good techniques to keep relevant and has plenty of potential. How ever since the page is being sold at 1,200$ i suggest you get a middle man if you are thinking about purchasing this page just to be safe. He may have positive 2 rep but that's the safest bet. A good question i'd like to ask you, is how much your page is generating using your website attached to the page? If you got the report of earnings you may sell the page quicker.

Overall i'd say the price is right and fair if the majority of the demographics are located in the United States.
A screen shot of the insights might get people to bite quicker.
