Send him a message saying if he doesnt take it off you will file a chargeback and the account will get banned because of it.

I have never done it but when you call blizzard hotline there is that option to cancel your world of warcraft sub. might try that.

Just call blizzard billing, you should be able to cancell it just having the first and last name, the account name and the SQA.
