I never thought I would need to buy an accout but the RL friends have changed factions so I am trying to replace the toon i had with a similar due to I never leveled one with them. I have been looking around and reading a lot and its starting to overload me. Aa I better off buying from an individual that I can establish or using ToonStorm. TS sounds good by reading there guarantees but i know nothing about their history. If this is in the wrong sub-forum I apologize. Just wanting some advice from experienced people. Im not sure about how legit toonstorm is, but I can help you by making your experience on these forums less overwhelming.
First I will explain rep. Here at markee a user's trustworthiness can be determined by rep. Rep is the red/green/white numbers you may see underneath a users forum name.
<span style="color: red">Negative Rep</span> is left when a user has had a <span style="color: red">bad</span> experience with another user. It is highly recomended that you not do business with negative repped users.
Neutral Rep is left when a user has had a satisfactory experience with another user. It is recomended that you read the comment left by the dissatisfied customer in order to determine wether or not this is someone you want to do business with.
<span style="color: green">Positive Rep</span> is left when a user has had a <span style="color: green">good</span> experience with another. A user with numerous positive rep is 9/10 times a trustworthy person.
But do not base wether or not you do a transaction with a user on their rep alone. Make sure before divulging an account, or paypal details you first to a background check on the user by using the search tool on the top toolbar. This tool will search the users name and show you all posts that have included that name.
Note: Rep can only be handed out by Trustwho Verified users. You can learn more about the Trustwho vVerification service here

I decided just to buckle down and level mine up. From what i have read there is no way to prevent a recall if someone really wants there account back. Since I'm not in the trading and selling acct stuff and was just looking for one to purchase to raid on the Horde side I am going to just bite my lip and level it so that in the middle of the raid progression I dont just all of a sudden lose the account.
